Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2096) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 256                                                                             
     "An Act relating to a dividend payment to the state made by the                                
     Alaska Housing Finance Corporation each fiscal year; and                                       
     providing for an effective date."

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 256, thus adopting SCS HB 256(FIN) am S, and                                        
recommended that the members vote yes.
